In recognition of our specialist skill discovering residential sites the Hornsey Housing Trust commissioned BFF to investigate the potential for new build development on six of their sites.

Planning Permission was achieved for 70 new homes across the six sites. The projects consist of some new build, adaptive re-use of existing buildings and infill development on underused sites.
