Burrell Foley Fischer obtained Planning Permission for this office building in the heart of London’s King's Cross. Six thousand square feet of office accommodation is provided over five floors. There is a ground floor restaurant with its main elevation onto a busy London street and external seating in the quieter rear courtyard, opening onto the Regent’s Quarter development. 

The front façade retains the building’s historic character, with the original variety of bricks and painted signage retained, while a glazed rear elevation allows natural light into the modern office accommodation.
